Terry Busch is an entrepreneurial and innovative former government senior executive with twenty-five years of experience developing new government capabilities, programs, and enterprise programs. He is known as the builder of leading-edge artificial intelligence and geospatial technologies, big-data, and data science analytical programs. He has an excellent reputation for on-time delivery of emergent and advanced technologies across diverse, scalable government programs. Terry presently supports industry as an executive advisor and consultant helping to architect emergent technology and open-source solutions.

Terry served as the Chief Technology Officer and Program Manager for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) High Priority Machine-Assisted Rapid Repository Program (MARS). MARS modernizes advanced technology solutions to support foundational military intelligence to the warfighter. Under Terry’s leadership, MARS architected a global solution to support multiple DoD and US partner nation networks that resulted in rapid implementation and adoption.

Prior to this role, Terry served as the Chief Data Officer for DIA, and as the Division Chief for the Innovation of Analysis and Methodology Division at DIA, Program Manager and Senior Intelligence Officer for the Integrated Analysis and Methodologies Division.

Terry’s leadership and analytical skills extends also to his time serving as the Team Leader, Geographer, and GLIDE Project Manager for the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) in Quantico, Virginia. He managed the MCIA’s Geographic Analysis Web development, creating a GLIDE to further web-based geospatial search and dissemination for geospatial products. This work contributed to geographic analysis and mapping products that directly benefited Marine Corps operations.

Terry Busch has a Master’s degree in Geography from George Mason University and resides in Vienna, VA with his wife Linda and two children.
